Output a structured review:

**Strengths (specific):** 2-3 things this person did well, with at least one concrete example each. "Strong communicator" doesn't count — show me the moment.

**Growth areas (specific):** 1-2 things to work on. Concrete, behavioral, fixable. Avoid personality criticism. Avoid "needs to be more proactive" — show me the situation.

**Outsized contributions:** Anything they did clearly above their level or scope. Skip if nothing applies.

**Calibration note:** Where does this person sit relative to their level? Meeting / exceeding / needs improvement. One sentence.

Tone: honest, specific, supportive. Avoid corporate hedging. If something was bad, say it was bad and how to fix it.
