Here are my notes from a customer interview:

Build a case study. Structure: customer snapshot (1-2 lines on who they are), the challenge (specific, with stakes), the solution (what they did with my product/service), the results (with real numbers from the notes — never invent metrics), one direct quote, key takeaway. Length: 400-500 words. Tone: factual, not gushing. If a number is missing from the notes, mark it [TBD] rather than estimate.
